For my food service rotation, I completed 6 weeks at Agrace Hospice center in Madison, WI.

Some of the projects I worked on include:
Developing, budgeting, and marketing new cafe "Grab n' Go" menu items to be served in the Doc Rock Cafe
Altering a 14-day cycle menu to include a low sodium, diabetic, lactose controlled, and minced & moist alternative diet options
Interviewing and discussing the impacts of coronavirus on food service operations with Culinary Manager at UW-Health
Updating food sanitation procedures to include specifics on a pandemic
Creating a job description for a new inpatient/kitchen CNA
Assembling healthy recipes to be included in a monthly newsletter for employees
Analyzing a current employee schedule for understanding on FTE
